Hi, I’m Dan! Based in Berlin, I specialize in natural light portrait sessions, expressive actor headshots, and intimate couple photography. My goal is to make every shoot feel completely relaxed, effortless, and collaborative—whether we’re exploring the leafy paths of Tiergarten, the vibrant streets of Prenzlauer Berg, or capturing candid connections near Treptower Park.

I’m a big coffee enthusiast. Every morning starts with a manual grinder, a V60 pour-over, and a quiet moment to reset—it’s my favorite kind of morning meditation before stepping behind the lens.

Fact 2: Built for the Road
Cycling is my go-to way to clear my head. I built my road bike entirely from scratch, component by component, and you’ll find me out riding through Berlin and the surrounding countryside every single weekend.

I’ve been going to yoga classes since 2017, though my body is still stubbornly stiff! It keeps me grounded and serves as a gentle reminder that progress isn't about perfection, but showing up.

My favorite title in the world is father. Raising my daughter brings so much joy into my daily life and continually deepens my appreciation for capturing small, genuine, heartfelt moments.
